All DVDs are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your dvd.

You may only return a dvd if it has not been opened and is in its original shipping condition for a refund or credit within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and must be sent insured via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post for your protection.After a return has been received, please allow 1-2 weeks to process the refund.
